By using the www.blkfoods.com website, you (the User) accept the following terms and conditions. BLKFoods reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are advised to review these terms regularly.

1. We strive to display product colors accurately, but as actual colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.
2. The User certifies that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. BLKFoods will not be liable for damages resulting from use of services, including but not limited to loss of data, delays, or service interruptions caused by external factors.
4. BLKFoods assumes full responsibility for orders shipped to major cities using private courier services like Delhivery, FedEx, etc.
5. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of BLKFoods.
6. Order cancellations after placement will not be entertained.
7. BLKFoods reserves the right to cancel orders listed at incorrect prices or for other reasons, even if payment has been received. Refunds will be processed, and the User will be informed.
8. Non-delivery or late delivery due to incorrect information provided by the User will result in additional charges for re-delivery, to be borne by the User.
9. The User agrees to provide accurate and authentic information. BLKFoods reserves the right to validate User information and reject registrations if details are found to be false.
10. BLKFoods will not be liable for credit card fraud. Users must use their own cards, and the onus of proving otherwise lies with the User.
11. Complaints will not be entertained after 15 days from the date of order delivery.
12. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
